The B.C. Senior Games “Come Play With Us” will be held this year, August 16-20 in the West Kootenays (Castlegar, Nelson, and Trail).
Registration deadline for the games is May 25. Now is the time to hone your skills in the sport you love. Come and join seniors, young and old, in the pursuit to stay healthy, young and active. Seniors 55 and up will be participating in sports from swimming to tennis, whist to bridge, golf, curling and many more.
