To the Editor:
I read your article about the tower in Hedley.
Did they go to all the residents in Hedley and surrounding area that would benefit from the cell phone towers? Did everyone have a voice in their effort to “relocate” the tower or was it just the usual few?
I have talked to people who were unaware and uninformed of the whole effort to relocate the tower. They are very upset.
As a former resident of Hedley (11 years) my wife and I most definitely would have chosen to keep the tower in its proposed location rather than have no tower at all.
I am sorry about the final outcome.
