To the Editor;
My heart goes out to the family of Lynn Kalmring as it has for all those family’s before them that have suffered a loss at the hands of those who are supposed to uphold the law but have a different interpretation when it’s one of their own kind.
I don’t know anybody in their right mind other than the chosen few who escape punishment for their crime that would not support a petition for the scales of justice to be re-balanced.
A petition is great but in this case and many other forgotten on a back burner should rekindle together and send this message to incompetents who hinder, not help.
You people that adjust the law to your liking for the who’s who - take notice laws should be applied equally to all.
To do what’s right is a no - brainer, which doesn’t need the tireless journey of the very people in mourning and emotional distress to try to change laws that already exist.
If you do the crime - you do the time no matter who you know or what uniform or coat of many colors one decides to disgrace.
I will now find and sign the Lynn Kalmring petition - good luck as I may be dead before I hear the verdict of how to change what already exists.
