To the Editor:
October 20 was Food Bank Day and this month we helped over 60 families and singles with food.
The food bank has become a necessary commodity but without your continued support it cannot function successfully.
At this time I would like to once again thank all the people who supported us.
Valley First Credit Union is instrumental in helping us stay afloat with their fund raisings and employee contributions.
I would also like to thank all the people who fill the shopping cart and / or donate money into the food bank account. (Tax receipts will be mailed out in January).
So, once again thank you to all the supporters of the food bank from me and the people who benefit from it.
