It is with sadness we announce the passing of our dad after a short illness, at the age of 96 years.
He lived a long and eventful life. He was a veteran of World War 2, Royal Canadian Air Force, and a long time member of the Canadian Legion. He lived in Keremeos from 1950 to the mid 1970's where he taught at Keremeos High School for many years, retired and moved to Denman Island.
Yurie was predeceased by his wife Ethel and his 2 youngest children, Patsy and Paul. He is survived by his 2 remaining daughters, Heather and Nancy, 6 grandchildren and 5 great grand daughters.
A service will be held at a later date.
