It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a great woman a widow and mother, grandmother, great grandmother, Violet Austin (Vi). On Nov. 13 2021 he passed away. She is survived by her sons Garry (Charlotte), Mark (Laurel) , Tim (Lorraine), 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Born in Saskatchewan, moved to B.C. in the 40's, retired to Salt Spring Island 38 years ago. An avid golfer (golfing she always kicked our butts). We will all miss you greatly.
