MaryAnne Catherine Barber (Kathy) of Keremeos, BC passed away on May 23, 2019. She is survived by son Bill Atkinson and daughter Colleen Atkinson. 1 grandchild Harrison Atkinson, sister
in law Jill (Rod) Mont, sister Sandy (David) Findlay of Nestow Alberta. Geri Lindley of Anaheim California, Ellen Cartier of St.Paul Alberta, Dorothy (Ken) Salter/Christenson of Langley BC, brothers Bill (Shirley) Garnier of St Paul Alberta, brother Willford Garnier and long time friend and partner Joe Haider of Keremeos BC, as well as numerous family members and friends. Catherine was predeceased by sister Ethel and brother in law Jerry Faheley, sister Hazel and sister Debra.
Catherine took joy in her family, friends, and community and those who supported her through her journey with cancer. Always grateful for the kindness of others. At Catherine's request no formal service will be held. Donations gratefully accepted to the Penticton Regional Hospital. A celebration of life to be announced at a later date.
