On Wed June 3rd, Dennis Wayne Liddicoat passed away peacefully in Penticton, BC at the age of 76 years old.
Dennis was born on April 11th 1944 in Rossland BC to Wesley (Jack) and Rose (Auger) Liddicoat.
Dennis spent the majority of his career in the coal mining industry. Working at mines in Lower Nicola, Logan Lake, Hinton Alberta, Chetwynd, BC, Faro Yukon and Fort McMurray, Alberta.
After his working years, Dennis spent his time in the Similkameen valley. Dennis was a true free spirit with a passion for playing pool, fly fishing, dancing and watching his beloved Toronto Blue Jays. He loved being out at the "cabin" or just sitting at a local coffee shop and making new friends.
Dennis was predeceased by his father Wesley and his brothers Richard and Kenneth. He is survived by his mother Rose, his brother David, sister Sandra and his 3 children Forrest, Shane, Brandy and his 9 grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on August 1st 2020, at 1pm at Victory Hall in Keremeos, BC. Social Distancing will be in effect.
