In response to the Housing Statutes (Residential Development) Amendment Act, 2023 (Bill 44) adopted by the provincial Legislature on November 30, 2023, the Village of Keremeos is proposing a number of amendments to its Official Community Plan and Zoning Bylaw to ensure compliance.
