The regional district had no severance agreements under which payment was made during the fiscal year 2013.

Seventeen employees of the Regional District Okanagan Similkameen were paid remuneration and expenses of $75,000 or more in 2013. The number of employees making in excess of the $75,000 threshold is up from 14 in 2012.
