The Regional District Okanagan-Similkameen invites all residents to fill in a survey on future waste management programs regarding garbage, recycling and composting. The RDOS is wrapping up the development of a Solid Waste Management Plan review.
Numerous recommendations have been put forward for consideration and this is your chance to help shape local government programs for the next 20 years.
The RDOS conducted a series of open houses in early May across the RDOS.
Participants were provided the survey at those meetings. The RDOS is now asking for any final comments on the proposed Plan. The survey is available online and hard copies are available by request. All surveys should be in by May 24.
