To the Editor:
Some dog owners don’t train or control their dogs.
They let them bark at all hours with no respect for the people in the neighbourhood. They walk their dogs and let them defecate and urinate in front of your home or on your lawn, in the park or on walkways.
Pick it up and bag it.
Let all that filth happen in your own yard.
This letter is for the neighbourhoods who are mad about dogs in a negative way.
