Jail for Penticton man found with stash of child porn

A Penticton man who was found with thousands of images of child pornography was sentenced to jail time on Monday.

Kenneth Daniel Large, 49, was found guilty of possession of child porn and sentenced to 18 months in jail followed by three years probation after his release. Large was also given a 10-year ban on attending any public place where children under 16 could reasonably be.

He will be on the Canadian sex offender registry for 20 years.

Large doesn’t have any prior criminal history.
