GenNext Penticton is a recently formed group affiliated with United Way that began its planning stages in September of 2010. Our mission is to engage the next generation of leaders to create lasting positive change in our community. Our aim is to involve young adults in our community between 18-39 years of age through community and educational events, networking, and volunteering.
On Friday, January 28, 2011, genNext and the Pen-Mar hosted a movie night in support of our local United Way and Food Bank. There was two movies showing: The Never Ending Story and Nowhere Boy.
