Crime Stoppers seeks information on brazen crime in Penticton

Anyone that may have driven on Okanagan Avenue and Dartmouth Road area and observed this activity is asked to contact Crime Stoppers

Between 7 and 9 p.m. a dark colored truck, described as a “tow truck” removed a 20 foot white and beige TrailTech Loboy trailer with dual axles was stolen from the front (south side) of Slimline Manufacturing in Penticton. The persons responsible pulled their truck inside the fenced compound and had to winch the trailer down the narrow enclosure in order to hook it onto the truck. The truck lights were on during the whole time this occurred.

Anyone that may have driven on Okanagan Avenue and Dartmouth Road area during this time and observed this activity is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or through www.southokanagancrimestoppers.ca for other anonymous ways of passing along this information.

Several vehicles passed this location during this theft and it is hoped that someone has some detailed information that would help the police identify these suspects.
