Keremeos museum society will be hosting a social afternoon.

Brian Wilson of Okanagan Archive Trust Society will be in town with photo collections from Doug Cox, who has published a series of history books on the Okanagan and Similkameen and the ranching heritage of British Columbia. You may recognize titles such as, Okanagan Roots, Mines of the Eagle Country: Nickel Plate and Mascot.

Doug has been collecting stories and photos for over 35 years.

Bring your own collection of photos of your family and friends and share an afternoon of reminiscing about the “good ole days”.  The coffee pot will be on and there will be lots of talk and laughter.  But the really fun part is all the photos that people bring.  So dust off your old photo albums, dig out that box and find all your old photos of the area.  Share memories of your family and friends and enjoy a social afternoon at no cost.
