The Vees will sport vintage jerseys from the 1955 season when they defeated the Soviet Union to capture the World Championship. Meanwhile, the Smoke Eaters will don sweaters from the 1961 season when they won gold against Czecholslovakia.

The back-to-back matchups will be crucial for the first place Vees if they are to fend off the second place Smoke Eaters, who currently sit six points back in the division.
