PHOTOS: Kelowna hoopers ball out at City Park

The winning team took home $1,000

A growing basketball community held its second annual tournament at Kelowna's City Park on Saturday, June 14.

Phive Hoops took over the basketball court by Okanagan Lake, with 10 teams playing in a very fast round-robin tournament format. During the tournament, teams played four-minute games against each other.

The two teams in the finals played in a best-of-three series, with the winning team taking home $1,000.

Music was played while the games were going on and there was food, prizes, and giveaways throughout the day.
