Local junior triathletes did very well in the event, with Eliana Beglow of Keremeos finishing 17th in the female 10 - 11 year old category. Maxwell Todd of Keremeos finished in second place in the male 12 to 13 year old category, Sydney Wabnegger placed fourth in the 12 to 13 year old female category and Taya Vissia was 5th.
