Was Keremeos bullying incident a premeditated attack?

I am writing this letter to you because the people of our beautiful village will be sickened by the behaviour of the teens and young adults

To the Editor:

I am writing this letter to you because the people of our beautiful village will be sickened by the behaviour of the teens and young adults in our midst.

My name is Ann Bramble, aka Gramma, Gramma Ann, Nannie and Mrs. Ann.

I am the proud gramma of  a 17 year old girl who has extensive mental exceptionalities.

We have lived in the village for 18 years. My granddaughter was born here. Everyone in this area knows Tisha. Many of you helped us when Tisha was young and suffered seizures in public. It breaks my heart that these young adults and teens would seemingly,  with malice and intent, lured this child with exceptionalities to Pine Park with the pretense of friendship.

At that time these four young men and two young women found great joy and satisfaction emotionally and physically bullying my granddaughter. At this point they found the greatest pleasure in bombarding this child with apples.

My granddaughter suffered not only emotional abuse by the hands of these teens, but they could have killed her with the apples.

When you plan and carry out that plan, then put it on Facebook to brag to the world that you have physically and emotionally bullied a person with exceptionalities, I believe you should pay a price.

Ann Bramble, Keremeos
