I recently had occasion to spend a few days in the new Penticton hospital wing.
Except for the surgical aspect, it was a real treat, as far as spending time in a hospital goes! Even the surgery went off quickly and without a hitch.
Each room is spacious with a walk-in or roll-in shower, and one patient per room.
Each room faces out with a huge picture window and view.
The nurses and support staff were diligent, happy to see to every need and extremely pleasant.
The care I received was immediate, efficient and as pleasant as could possibly be expected, considering the unenjoyable reason for being there. High praise for the facility and staff from me.
And I am very grateful to be living where and when I am!
