To all mobile homeowners:
Be aware, mobile homeowners, that the B.C. Safety Council rules state that your home must have a silver label or EL number besides a CSA label indicating that your trailer is up to code and inspected.
Very important if you purchased a home without a label, you may be required to make expensive upgrades.
Real estate agents should inform you about this, and as I understand it, there should not even be a sales contract entered into by the purchaser or seller, without it.
