To the Editor:
Our table, in front of the flag bearers wishes to apologize to the Mayor, flag bearers, and others who might have been offended by our loud talking and laughing when the mayor was speaking.
Some were unaware of the speech because of the low volume of the microphone. Others were aware but did not say anything to quiet the table.
Our apologies.
