November 6, 1946 - June 14, 2021
It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Terry on June 14 at Penticton General Hospital. Terry was born in Winnipeg and has always had an "Irish attitude" of acceptance and friendly congeniality.
Terry spent 10 years living in the Cook Islands where she thoroughly enjoyed the lifestyle and the lifelong friends she made while there. She returned to Canada in 2003 and settled in Keremeos where she spent many happy years enjoying a quiet life with her dog and cats and appreciating the friendliness and helpfulness of neighbours, friends and local businesses.
She was fortunate to have had several special and close friends. Adele Pentecost, a longtime friend and confident; Bill and Shirley Wieland and George, all were constant supports and caring friends.
Terry is survived by her brother Kelly Harper (Vikki) and nephews, Reilly and Quinn. She also leaves a large Harper/Riley extended family and friends.
She will be missed and lovingly remembered by her son Alex (Mari), grandchildren Samantha and Jack. They only wish they had been given more time to spend together.
