January 13, 1948 – July 8, 2018
After a brief illness, Larry Derick passed away in his bed, in his home, in Hedley, BC, 8 July 2018.

He was born in Edson, AB, the second of three boys to parents Lawrence and Annie Vera Derick. His family moved to Hope, BC, when he was age 2, where he then grew up and graduated from Hope Secondary School in 1966.
