19330-2020 ~ On October 25, 2020, John William Hernon, (Bill), passed away peacefully at the age of 90 years.
Bill is survived by his son Raymond, daughters; Debbie (Ken), Susan (Mark), Brendalee (Cameron), step-daughters; Londa (Jim), Marcia (Glenn), and step-son Ben (Marie). Bill was the proud grandfather to many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He is pre-deceased by his wife Patricia, wife Helene, son Billy, step-son Danny, twin sister Betty and his dog Julie.
Dad/papa lived a simple life, satisfied by life's simple pleasures. He enjoyed his hearty breakfast, sweet treats, tinkering in his garage, meals at the K Restaurant and his precious companion Julie. He was surrounded by many people who loved him, and for that his life was full.
He is in heaven now with our fellow loved ones; embracing heaven's sweet sounds and beautiful imagery, watching down on us all.
"God saw you getting tired, and a cure was not to be. So he put his arms around you, and whispered 'come to me.' With tearful eyes we watched you, and saw you pass away. Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands to rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us he only takes the best."
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
