In Loving Memory ~
James "Lloyd" Stewart passed away on February 15th, 2022 at Orchard Haven in Keremeos with his family by his side.
Lloyd was the sixth child in a family of 15, born on his family farm in Kinistino, Sask on May 16th, 1937.
Lloyd is survived by his loving wife, Mary, three daughters: Patty Williams (David), Sandra Clifton (Wade), Gina Quaedvlieg (Raymond), seven grandchildren: Bradley (Nicole), Charlene (Chad), Sheena (Quentin), Cassie (Wade), Stewart (Barbi), Trisha (Cody), Megan (Evan), 16 great grandchildren, brothers: Glen, Myles and Richard, and sisters: Ruby, Mary Ann, Joan. Lloyd was predeceased by his parents, George and Mabel Stewart, his brothers: Roy, Russell, Wesley, Lyle, Winston, Bruce, and his sisters: Verna and Roni.
The family wishes to thank the doctors and nurses of the Similkameen Health Centre and the staff of Orchard Haven for their wonderful care and love shown to Lloyd. Also a special thank you to Lisa Porter.
We were so thankful to have him close and able to be with him during his last days. A private grave side service was held at the Cawston Cemetery, Saturday Feb 19th.
Thank you to everyone for the beautiful flowers and cards of condolence. We live in a wonderful community.
