Passed away peacefully in his sleep on Friday, November 30, 2018 at his home in Orchard Haven, Keremeos, BC. Hugh was born May 7, 1932 in Verwood, Saskatchewan, the eldest child of Anna and Frank Townsend. Hugh is survived by his loving family: Adrien (John), Eroca; Michael (Nancy); Alannah (Michael); Lance; Abagail (David); ten grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; brother Donald (Rene); sister Donela and many extended family. Hugh was predeceased by his wife (Roni); son (Hugh Jr.); grandson (Aaron) and brother Gerald (Joanne).
