RCMP have confirmed that the vehicle fire in front of the Twin Lakes Market on Jan. 6 is not suspicious.
The van caught fire around 9 a.m. before burning down.
“This was an electrician’s vehicle which was malfunctioning. He pulled over and it began to start on fire,” said Const. James Grandy. “Nothing suspicious, or anyone injured.”
The Twin Lakes area does not have its own fire department or coverage from another community.
