Interior Health recently donated a portable X-ray machine and an incubator to The South Okanagan Rehabilitation Centre for Owls (SORCO).
An outdated portable X-ray machine and incubator from the South Okanagan General Hospital and the Penticton Regional Hospital respectively, will assist with the care of injured and ill birds of prey. SORCO is seeking additional donations to help develop the images through digital processing techniques.
