Keremeos boy appears in Princeton court

A 14-year-old Keremeos boy is facing charges of uttering threats and assault with a weapon in connection with an incident that occurred in Hedley.

The youth, accompanied by his mother, made a first appearance in Princeton court Thursday.

The hearing was adjourned so the boy could consult counsel.

Under the Young Offenders Act the accused cannot be named.
