A change in the weather bringing rain that fell across the region over the past 24 hours has resulted in a change in the fire danger rating within our region.
The Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) is rescinding the temporary fire ban issued on July 16, 2014.
Effective at noon on Friday, August 22, 2014, the temporary fire ban is rescinded for all areas of the RDOS.
