The Woodlie Park lease states that the regional district will appoint a local committee to assist in the operation, maintenance and fundraising activities for the park. The local committee will hold an annual general meeting in the community of Hedley to accept nominations from the community to provide the regional district board with recommendations for appointments to the committee.
On May 3, the board appointed the following residents to the Woodlie Park Committee:
