This will be the 12th year for the program, which was started and has been organized since by founder Mike Hume.

The focus of the program is to nurture future leaders, promote and assist with post-secondary education and forge links of friendship throughout B.C.

The British Columbia Ambassador Program offers bursaries to assist the youth in pursuing their dreams and fulfilling their ambitions. Scholarships and Bursaries are awarded to the British Columbia Ambassador Program candidates each year.

All candidates in the British Columbia Ambassador Program (regardless of whether or not they earn a position on the team) may apply for scholarships provided by the various post-secondary sponsors.
