A Penticton man will be back in provincial court on Dec. 23 to be sentenced on charges of counterfeiting among other crimes he is accused of.
Rylan Mogge, 34, was charged in relation to a Feb. 4 incident at a Penticton motel.
Mogge is charged with making counterfeit money, possessing counterfeit money, two counts of forgery, possessing stolen property under $5,000 and possession of forged documents with the intent to commit an offence.
Co-accused in the case, Samantha Jaunita Lynne Chapelle also has a court date scheduled for Dec. 23, although her reason for scheduling, according to court records, is for an application for a warrant.
Chappelle is charged with possession of counterfeit money, making counterfeit money and possession of stolen property under $5,000.
