A wildfire located on Mount Thor is an estimated 94 hectares and is considered out of control.
BC Wildfire first discovered the blaze on Mount Thor on July 20 and updated its status on July 22.
Mount Thor is approximately 20 kilometres west of Shelter Bay. The blaze is suspected to be lightning caused.
There are currently no evacuation alerts or orders associated with this fire.
