Osoyoos Secondary School had eight consecutive days of potential COVID-19 exposures at the end of November.
Interior Health had listed Nov. 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26 as days a student or staff attended school with the potential of exposing others to the virus.
The first four days are no longer listed, as they are more than 14 days since the risk of exposure occurred.
A Penticton elementary school has been also added to the list of potential exposures. Uplands Elementary had potential exposure days Nov. 23, 24 and 25.
Summerland Middle School is listed for Nov. 23, 24 and Summerland Giant’s Head Elementary on Nov. 23 and 24.
The Penticton local health area stayed steady at 18 cases for the second week in a row for the week of Nov. 21 to 27.
The South Okanagan Similkameen as a whole saw the number of cases rise from 38 to 47 over the most recent week, driving almost entirely by the increase in cases in Summerland.
