The Lower Similkameen’s newest manufactured home park is nearing completion.
The Copper Ridge Manufactured Home Park is located adjacent Sagewood MHP just south of Olalla. Owners / operators Richard and Shirli-Gene Sadovick are in the process of completing the service connections to the 20 sites, and are expecting to be ready for the first units by mid to late August.
“We have electrical connections to the top eight sites and are currently completing water connections,” Richard Sadovick said recently.
Sadovick said that he has not begun advertising yet, but is encouraged by the number of enquiries he has received nonetheless.
The Sadovicks are Moduline dealers and will be until the park is full. Quality homes will be emphasized with a focus on maintaining aesthetics.
