Elections will take place this fall for two positions on the Lower Similkameen Indian Band council.
Band chief and one council position are up for election in 2013.
Nominations for chief and council positions take place on October 22, with an all candidates’ forum scheduled for October 28.
An advance poll is set for November 2, with the election set for Monday, November 4.
