Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a known Keremeos resident by the name of Richard Joseph Panter.
An endorsed arrest warrant has been issued for Mr.Panter for the following offences: fail to remain at the scene of an accident, public mischief by falsely accusing another person and public mischief for diverting suspicion to another.
These offences relate to a motor vehicle collision that Mr.Panter is believed to have caused in Keremeos on 10th Avenue on December 21, 2012.
