The cause of a truck rolling over on Highway 3 on Monday night is still under investigation.

The Anarchist Mountain Fire Department responded to the scene between Mule Deer Drive and Blacktail Road shortly after 7 p.m. on March 28.

The pick-up truck had rolled over, and the single male occupant appeared to have suffered only minor injuries. BC Emergency Health Services transported him to hospital for further assessment.

The truck apparently failed to navigate the downhill curve in the road.

This is not the first time a vehicle went off the road near Mule Deer Drive. In August 2021, a semi-truck and trailer crashed.

The Anarchist Mountain Fire Department provided medical assistance and managed the scene on Monday.
