Kate Schaefer was presented with the Governor General’s Academic Medal at Similkameen Elementary Secondary School by Principal Marcus Toneato (far left) and Vice Principal Barton Tumlinson. The straight A 2011 grad of SESS will be attending University of Alberta to take courses in general engineering this fall.
