Electric motorcycle and RV fire in Penticton under investigation

The fire was reported early on Thursday morning

The cause of an early morning fire on Duncan Avenue in Penticton remains under investigation.

The fire involved an electric motorcycle, an RV and nearby wood fencing.

The Penticton Fire Department responded to the fire in the 100 block of Duncan Avenue East at 6:20 a.m.

There were no injuries but considerable damage to the electric motorcycle and RV, according to assistant fire chief Rob Trupp.

The fire was quickly extinguished by the firefighters. The front of the RV is melted and the fire scorched a nearby fence.
