Crash in Oliver ties up Highway 97 Monday morning

The road has been cleared and traffic is moving again

There was a two-vehicle crash on Highway 97 in Oliver Monday morning.

Around 10 a.m., Oliver Fire Department were on scene at the collision involving a vehicle and a truck on Hwy 97 and Road 22. Crews remained on scene while the debris and vehicles were removed by the towing company.

An ambulance also attended the scene. It’s not known at this time what caused the crash or if there were any significant injuries. The crash has now been cleared and traffic can get through.
