BC Assessment released property assessments for 2013 on January 2.
More than 67,000 property owners will receive their assessment notice in the next few days.
Deputy Assessor for BC Assessment, Tracy Wall, reports that most homes in the South Okanagan and Similkameen will see modest changes in the five per cent, plus or minus range.
This year’s overall assessment roll has decreased from $20, 191,707,730 to $19,713,669,628 this year.
