The Cawston Primary Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) has once again organized their infamous Christmas Raffle Basket Fundraiser.
This year the baskets are absolutely incredible with the basket values ranging from $475 to $850. There is six baskets this year. The themes include Winter Fun, Family Time, Boys and Girls, Coffee and Chocolate, Gift Card Tree and a handmade quilt donated by Kim Lawson and Susanne Thomas.
Items are donated by students in each class and the last couple years PAC volunteers have gone out into the community requesting gift cards/certificates from our local businesses. The response has been overwhelming and this year our Gift Card Tree is full of local donations with a value of $850.
A huge thank you to all of the business’s and local artist’s who contributed to this fundraiser. Tickets are $1 each and winners will be drawn at the Christmas Concert on December 12 at 7pm. You can purchase tickets everyday at Valley First in Keremeos and the Cawston Primary School, also The Winter Fun basket is at the Cawston Store and the Coffee and Chocolate basket is at Pharmasave.
The PAC will be selling tickets at Pharmasave on November 28, Buy Low on December 1 and 5th and at the Christmas Craft Fair December 7 & 8. The PAC would like to thank you in advance for your continued support. All funds raised will pay for the Year End Field Trips.
