Directed by Bob McAtamney, this outrageous adult comedy brings the audience a fun filled session of laughs, frantics, chaos, and confusion.

The main character, Jane, played by Amanda Elyzen, is a career minded woman who tries desperately to find a way to get her inheritance despite the many unexpected obstacles being thrown at her at the worst possible time, payday.

Jane’s uncle passed away nine months ago and now it’s time for her inheritance check to be delivered by the attorney since she met the one requirement of being married for six months. However, Jane is “not really technically married, just kinda, sorta married” to her best friend’s husband, Tom, played by Corentin Caro-Chambard .

The plotting duo has devised the perfect plan to get the inheritance check; the only problem is that nothing is going according to the master plan.

Jane’s uncle’s attorney, William, played by Eban McKiblin calls and is on his way, but Tom is nowhere to be found.

So Jane convinces her best friend and Tom’s real wife, Claire, played by Jenna Sipponen, to dress up like a man and “start acting like her husband” in order to convince William that they are married and thus give over that inheritance check.

To complicate matters even worse, Jane’s ex-boyfriend, Paul, played by Guy Sasseville comes over to make a surprise announcement that he wants to rekindle his relationship with Jane and is moving back in today.

But that’s not the only surprise visitor. Jane’s mother, Betty, played by Gabriele Villecourt, arrives and wants to spend time with the newlyweds.

Then, to make matters even worse, Officer Hanes, played by Taina Sipponen,  gets a call of some suspicious activity in the neighborhood and comes to investigate.

Tickets are $12 and are available starting March 21 at Similkameen Agencies in Keremeos or The Cawston Marketplace.
