The closing date to get your vote in for this year’s People’s Choice Photo Award is nearly here.

On Sept. 7 at midnight, voting closes on the third round of the amateur photography competition which is part of the Next Generation Amateur Photographer of the Year contest presented by London Drugs and Black Press.

Finalists were required to submit photographs taken at the Airshow.

The winning photograph will be based on the number of votes received.

Voting can be done at abbynews.com. Navigate to the ‘Contests’ tab at the top of the site and select People’s Choice Photo Award, then click on the ‘Vote Here’ tab.

No purchase is necessary. A maximum of 10 votes per person per day is permitted. Of the voters, one will be selected to win two tickets to the BC Lions.

The People’s Choice award winner will receive $250 courtesy of London Drugs, as well as two tickets to see the BC Lions in action.

Prizes will be presented in September. Date to be confirmed.
