After a long COVID hiatus, the Hudson’s Bay Charity Gala is making a come back to raise money for local charities Nov. 15 from 6 to 0 p.m. in the store in Cherry Lane Mall.

“This year, like we have done in the past, we are inviting the community to a lovely evening at The Bay to raise money and food in exchange of fun and entertainment,” said Paula Durelli, Bay associate manager.

There will be a fashion show, music, DJ, wine tasting and snacks for all the people attending plus discounts on beauty purchases on gala day.

They will be collecting non perishable items for the Salvation Army Food Bank, and will have a silent auction to benefit the Penticton Starfish Pack program. The 2022 Miss Penticton will be attending as well to support the initiative.

The gala takes place from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Hudson’s Bay Store in the Cherry Lane Mall.
