Looking to book some spots for swim lessons this summer?

The schedule for the Similkameen Community Pool is now online and registration for programs are open.

Swim lessons at the Keremeos pool will run from July 2 to Aug. 31.

Registration for swim lessons requires residents to register or use an existing RDOS Recreation account. To register, go to rdos.perfectmind.com.

This account also allows residents to watercraft storage memberships, or book time slots for sports courts, parks, and other RDOS facilities.

For the summer, the pool is offering bonus programming in June, including toonie swim, swim club, aquacise, and public swim.

The outdoor pool will also offer adult and senior swim on Saturday mornings in June.

The toonie swim is scheduled for 5:45 to 6:45 p.m. on weekdays through June, July and August.

Aquacise is scheduled from 7 to 8 p.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays through the summer.

Public swims are scheduled from 1 to 4 p.m. on Saturdays in June, July and August, and from 1 to 3 p.m., Monday to Friday starting in July.
